Jerome Femi Bello
Engr. Jerome Femi Bello is an accomplished Electrical & Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in brewery, project management, and maintenance of brewery equipment.
Engr. Bello graduated with a second-class upper degree from Ahmadu Bello University in 1970. He furthered his studies at Bolton Institution of Technology in the UK, earning a Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 1979 and obtained an MSc in Breweries Science from Birmingham University, UK, in 1984 while working with Nigerian Breweries. His professional development includes attending Heineken Management Training in INSEAD France, Cranfield Institute of Management in the UK, and the Wharton Executive Management Course in the USA.
Engr. Bello’s career trajectory includes joining Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1972 as an Electrical Engineer. Over the years, he rose through the ranks, becoming the Chief Engineer, Lagos brewery in 1989 and later serving as Brewery manager at Ibadan brewery, later transferred to Heineken Technical Services as the Senior Consultant maintenance benchmarking in the Netherlands in 1996 where he developed the maintenance policy for Heineken Worldwide.
He transitioned to Human Resource Director for Nigerian Breweries in 2001. He retired from Nigerian Breweries plc and was seconded to Consolidated Breweries as the General Manager Technical in 2004, after which he retired in 2007. In 2007, Engr. Bello started ADECO Project Engineering BV West Africa Limited as the Managing Director, where he remains a founding partner and chairman.
Engr. Bello actively participates in professional organizations, including the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Institution of Personnel Managers (IPM), Institute of Directors (IoD), and Brewing Association of the Americas. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys fitness activities and is an avid golfer and tennis player.
Adriaan Willy De Cocq
Adriaan Willy de Cocq began his career as the Global Lead Engineer at Heineken Technical Services, where he managed all greenfield projects and upgrades at numerous breweries worldwide, including locations in Zoeterwoude, Singapore, three breweries in Spain, and three in Greece. He also managed various projects at Heineken and Diageo-affiliated breweries across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and Central America.
In 1985, Adriaan founded ADECO Project Engineering BV in the Netherlands, an engineering firm specializing in the design, programming, installation, and maintenance of complete industrial automation projects. Over 20 years ago, he also established BOCOTECH INDUSTRIAL WHOLESALE AND MANAGEMENT BV Netherlands, which has become a globally recognized supplier and installer of equipment and machinery for breweries, soft drink producers, and canneries, including glass, cans, and PET packaging lines.
Over the past three decades, ADECO Project Engineering BV and BoCoTech BV International have developed engineering solutions and products across a wide range of sectors worldwide, particularly in brewing and the food and beverage industry.
In 2007, driven by a desire to address the need for specialized industrial technical expertise in the maintenance and support of automated electrical and mechanical equipment in industries, especially within the food and beverage sector in the West African subregion, Adriaan co-founded ADECO Project Engineering BV, West Africa Ltd. He remains a key shareholder to this day.
Adriaan’s extensive experience has been instrumental in shaping ADECO’s project strategies and in creating both short- and long-term product visions for teams and business stakeholders.

Alexander de Cocq is the Co-Owner and Financial Director at ADECO Project Engineering BV, Netherlands, a company renowned for its expertise in designing, programming, installing, and maintaining complete industrial automation projects. Under his leadership, ADECO BV has become a pivotal player in the automation industry, serving production companies, particularly in the food industry, machine factories, and logistics companies globally.Â
Alexander has ensured that ADECO BV consistently adheres to national and international regulations, guidelines, and standards, guaranteeing that all projects meet the highest quality benchmarks. His commitment to practical and economical solutions has led to the development of new and improved installations and methods, significantly enhancing the efficiency and reliability of production processes.Â
 His strategic vision has positioned ADECO as a flexible, reliable, and expert partner in the automation industry. The company excels in automating and modernizing existing installations worldwide, often under tight time constraints, thanks to its precise planning and extensive experience.Â

Stephan de Cocq
Stephan de Cocq is an experienced Technical and Commercial Director with over 20 years of expertise in project management, leadership, and adaptability. He is skilled in overseeing various projects in breweries and other industries, including packaging, process, and automation. Stephan has a proven track record of delivering high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. His future goal is to contribute to a sustainable, self-supporting organization with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
As the co-owner, Stephan has been the driving force behind BoCoTech BV, Netherlands, a globally renowned company specializing in the supply and installation of equipment and machinery for breweries, soft drink producers, and canneries. BoCoTech BV operates within the wholesale trade services of the construction machinery industry. It was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in ’s-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands.
Stephan is also a director at ADECO Project Engineering BV, Netherlands, which specializes in engineering and drawing, programming and control systems, maintenance and calibration, installation technology, and process engineering.

Rotimi Gabriel Babatunde
Rotimi is a dynamic professional with a proven track record in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic innovation. With a strong foundation in engineering management, strategic planning, data analysis, and leadership, Rotimi excels at developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies. His expertise in performance metrics and data interpretation enables him to make informed decisions and optimize business outcomes for almost two decades.

Michael Babatunde Olumeyan
Michael Babatunde Olumeyan is a seasoned Engineering professional and commercial executive with experience in driving sustainable business growth and development in The Engineering project services sector for manufacturing industries in Nigeria and West Africa. Holding an MBA in Sustainability, MSc. in Microelectronics, and B.Eng. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Michael possesses expertise in proffering engineering solutions that will significantly improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production output for manufacturing companies.
He has successfully led the commercial team of ADECO WA to develop innovative solutions for new and existing clients. With strong leadership and technical skills, He has excelled in project management, contract negotiation, market expansion, revenue generation and team leadership and has managed various global partnership portfolios in Nigeria that has led to business growth and expansion.
Precious Olugbile
Precious is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Tax Professional, result-oriented, and top-class Finance Professional, and Business Economist with over 15-year sound and varied practical experience predominantly in the Private Sector.
As a confident leader with a creative personality, he challenges the status quo and exercises sound business judgment to arrive at optimal solutions while maintaining strategic focus and appreciating wider stakeholders' perspectives and interests to boost corporate value.
Imbued with high analytical skills, good interpersonal relationship skills, robust capacity, and a commercial mindset for driving excellent business performance and top value creation in multi-disciplinary / multi-cultural settings.

Ojekunle Oluniyi Stephen
Oluniyi is an adaptable business and management professional with more than 15 years of experience in engineering, technical, and project management. He is proficient in utilizing PMI PMP methodology to oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion. He excels in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to execute multi-million Euro industrial installation turn-key projects.
He joined ADECO as service engineer and has risen to a senior management position. He holds an MBA from the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS) and is a Registered Engineer with COREN, and a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE). Additionally, he is a certified PMP and a member of PMI.
In his current role leading the Project Service and Maintenance unit, Engr Ojekunle ensures business continuity and fosters growth through partner relationships, budget realization, service quality delivery, strategic decision-making, employee development, industry analysis, and market expansion.
His contributions have been pivotal in delivering comprehensive solutions to customers, resulting in strong loyalty to ADECO engineering services. His team’s initiatives have led to improved project management processes, resulting in operational excellence while maintaining high-quality standards that have elevated ADECO's reputation as a preferred service provider both locally and internationally.
Abimbola Ogundayini
Abimbola is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. She excels in managing full-cycle recruitment, performance evaluations, and learning initiatives, driving growth and enhancing company culture to improve performance, profitability, and organizational progress.
She is known for her ability to collaborate effectively with leadership to align HR strategies with unique business needs, fostering a productive and positive work environment that contributes to long-term success and organizational advancement.
Abimbola holds a degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University and is a proud associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
Adetona Kehinde Adewale
Kehinde is an accomplished professional with 16 years of experience in managing and implementing coding, inspection, electrical, and conveyor projects and services. He excels at leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines. Kehinde possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of laser coding equipment and industry best practices. He has a proven track record in overseeing and optimizing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service operations.
He is a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro with HND and Distinction in Electrical, Power, and Machine. He is also proud member of National Association Technologies Engineer of Nigeria (NATE)
As a manager, Mr Adetona is committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring the seamless integration of coding solutions to meet organizational objectives. He is experienced in project management, budget planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, he is skilled in developing and maintaining key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and implementing process improvements.
Akinsola Omololu Peter
Omololu brings nearly 18 years of extensive leadership and operations experience, both domestically and internationally. He joined ADECO in 2014 as a Service Engineer where his is presently the Manager, Inspection Solutions after rising through the ranks. He is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in steering Strategic Business Units towards their maximum potential.
Throughout his career, Mr Akinsola has excelled in building strong relationships with business partners and clients, consistently driving significant financial growth and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. His leadership capabilities were particularly evident during his tenure at Kimberly-Clark West Africa, where he served as the Lead Plant Electrical Engineer and Project Manager, successfully leading the start-up team for the factory in Nigeria.
Omololu also has substantial experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Project Management, having worked at the Procter & Gamble plant in Nigeria. He is a proud member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and holds a B.Eng. in Mechatronics from Bells University of Technology, as well as a Mini MBA from Tekedia Institute.

Adeola Adegbite is a dynamic certified Project Manager with over half a decade of experience helping organizations achieve the triple bottom line—People, Planet, and Profit. He specializes in leading Automation and OT projects from scoping to commissioning. Currently serving as Service Manager, Automation & Instrumentation at ADECO Project Engineering B.V. West Africa, he excels in project lifecycle management, cross-functional team leadership, and business expansion. Adeola holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a PMP certification. His expertise spans automation engineering, business management, and strategic execution, with a focus on quality project delivery while building sustainable, profitable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Oghenegare Gary Emadu
Gary is a dedicated and talented Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the Brewery Industry, having worked with Consolidated Breweries Plc and Nigerian Breweries Plc (a Heineken subsidiary) in Nigeria, and now with ADECO Project Engineering BV West Africa Ltd.
As the Technical Sales Manager, Gary is responsible for developing new markets for projects, machinery, and spare parts in the food manufacturing industries across West Africa. He excels at absorbing information, analysing problems, making objective decisions, and generating original ideas. His passionate drive, confidence, and resilience are key to his success. Gary’s rich experience includes process improvement, preventive maintenance methods and implementation, planned and support maintenance, spare parts, inventory control, breakdown analysis (5WHY), and workplace organization (5S). He holds a degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Benin.
Before joining ADECO in 2023, Gary rose to the position of Spare Parts Engineer at Nigerian Breweries Plc, where he ensured the availability of spare parts for nine breweries nationwide. He also served as a Process Improvement Manager, National Maintenance Support Manager [Consolidated Breweries] (overseeing all four [4] breweries and reporting to the National Engineering Manager at the Head Office), He also held other positions in the Brewery before this which include Total Productive Management Manager, Planned Maintenance Manager and Plant Inspector.
Ameh Michael Okwoli
Michael began his career with ADECO Project Engineering B.V. West Africa Limited in 2008. He gained extensive experience in the finance department as an Account Clerk for 7 years before transitioning to the procurement and logistics space, where he has spent 6 years. For the past 3 years, Michael has excelled as a Procurement Manager, known for his dedication to the business, process improvement, and logistics management expertise. He ensures that the organization’s strategic objectives are met through effective and efficient procurement processes and proudly considers ADECO his home.
Michael holds a degree in accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos.

Mercy is a seasoned Accountant with over 10 years of diverse financial experience. Her expertise encompasses working capital management, financial planning and execution, and enhancing stakeholder credibility. The skills and knowledge she acquired in her previous roles as a Financial Accountant and Receivables and Payables Officer have been pivotal in her success in ensuring robust financial management and improving ADECO’s financial performance. As a Finance Manager, Mercy utilizes budgeting and forecasting tools to meticulously monitor and track departmental expenses, ensuring accuracy in all financial endeavours.
