KTR Coupling 1
RxADEX®-N-Steel-Lamina Couplings
All-steel couplings with laminae sets made of high-strength and stainless spring steel, with rated torques up to 280,000 Nm. The high-strength and special dowel screws are reciprocally screwed to hubs and spacer allowing for a combination of friction and positive-locking fit.
The magnetic couplings of the MINEX range are permanent-magnetic couplings transmitting the torque without contact through magnetic forces between two magnetic rotors. Our magnetic coupling has a long-service life and offers high power transmission with modest load of the system
Our fluid couplings by KTR Systems are hydrodynamic couplings for hydrodynamic power transmission which provides damping of the overall drive train and overload protection in the event of a failure with no mechanical wear.
Our torsional flexible jaw couplings are characterized by a compact design. The vibration-damping properties are based on the flexible elements (elastomers) between the coupling hubs converting some of the energy of torque shocks into thermal energy.
Our torsionally stiff gear couplings operate according to the curved-tooth gear principle. As a result, the edge pressure in the spline is avoided with angular and radial displacements by the gear coupling. Our Gear coupling provides positive torque transmission and compensation of axial, radial and angular shaft displacement.
Our servo couplings, which act as a connecting element between the drive unit and the measuring sensor, are torsional rigid shaft couplings that are soft to bend. Because they transmit torque uniformly and without backlash, our backlash-free shaft couplings have very high accuracy. Additionally, they permit angular, axial, and radial displacement adjustment. We can provide the appropriate coupling for practically every application because of the wide range of hub designs and coupling types available.
